Government Healthcare Financial Consulting Manager

Location: Hybrid; at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.

Base salary: $88,000–$176,000 per year, plus potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Manage financial consulting and service delivery for government healthcare clients and state Medicaid programs.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and work plans with clients and project managers.
• Communicate project status and expectations while managing scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Provide consulting expertise and resolve project issues with clients and internal teams.
• Lead analysts, actuaries, consultants, and subject matter experts to deliver successful client engagements.
• Use AI and technology-enabled tools to support consulting work and new solutions.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• 10+ years of experience managing and leading teams or projects, consulting, or financial analysis.
• Experience leading large teams, projects, and initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement, with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.

Nice to have

• Medicaid program experience.
• Healthcare financial or data analysis experience, including financial modeling or rate setting.
