Agent - Air Gateway (Air Warehouse)

What you will do

• Oversee air warehouse operations to maintain effective and efficient workflows.
• Assign internal and contracted manpower to meet customer and company requirements.
• Improve gateway processes and system usage in line with company standards.
• Reserve airline capacity and coordinate consol planning according to business needs.
• Monitor shipment tracking, communicate status updates, and address irregularities with carriers and service providers.
• Enforce company policies and take on additional operational assignments as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or the carrier industry.
• Experience with airport operations, customs, and consolidation planning.
• Good knowledge of cargo consolidation and strong problem-solving, analytical, time-management, and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English and Thai are required.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts is required.
