Project Manager (Technology Programs)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States. The role requires existing authorization to work in the United States and does not offer employment-based visa or work authorization sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution, aligning business and engineering objectives.
• Partner with business, engineering, architecture, and product stakeholders to launch and improve customer-facing capabilities.
• Coordinate launch plans, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and program intake requests across multiple teams.
• Develop program mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs to improve execution efficiency and accountability.
• Influence technical and product strategy through data-driven prioritization, risk management, and roadmap development.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, surface risks, and drive issue resolution through continuous cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience, including 6+ years in software development or closely related technical environments.
• 6+ years managing complex technology programs and working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience leading large, customer-facing, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Ability to develop and drive technical roadmaps with strong execution, accountability, and results orientation.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without requiring current or future immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• PMP or AWS Practitioner certification.
• Experience in financial services or banking.
• Experience delivering SDKs, customer-experience frameworks, SaaS products, or programs in public cloud environments, especially AWS.
