Project Manager II (Technology)

Location: College Station, Texas; full-time on-site position. Remote work is not available.

What you will do

• Manage medium-scope, complex CMTS technology projects from initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Coordinate resources across technology, engineering, software, web, data, and informatics teams.
• Facilitate kickoff, status, technical coordination, and closeout meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
• Track project progress, service capacity, timelines, budgets, scope changes, and risks using Asana, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Support continuous improvement of project management standards, templates, workflows, and reporting practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related area.
• Advanced knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Knowledge of standard proofreading.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with technical teams, researchers, leadership, and external partners.
• Ability to work on-site in College Station, Texas; sponsorship is not available.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through PMI.
