Base pay: $186,200–$273,067 annually

What you will do

• Drive software development programs for Broadband Plasma wafer inspection systems.
• Coordinate software, systems, algorithms, applications, hardware, and firmware teams through product integration.
• Engage marketing and global customers to gather requirements, validate solutions, and support field deployment.
• Identify technical, schedule, and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure product readiness and scalability.
• Track progress and business impact through relevant performance indicators while aligning features with business goals.

Requirements

• Doctorate with at least 5 years of relevant experience, master's degree with at least 8 years, or bachelor's degree with at least 10 years.
• Software development experience and exposure to software design.
• Experience with new product introduction or product development from inception through delivery.
• Technical capability in risk management and understanding of business objectives.
• Familiarity with Agile, iterative, and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking, customer engagement, and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
