Automotive Service Advisor / Writer (Automotive)

Location: 7333 Oakmont Blvd, Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–6:00pm; weekends closed.

Salary: Up to $75,000 per year for highly qualified candidates, with performance-based commission.

What you will do

• Welcome guests and guide them through the vehicle repair process.
• Present clear, honest repair recommendations and sell services with integrity.
• Manage store workflow and coordinate customer service activities in a high-volume environment.
• Communicate professionally by phone and keep customers informed about vehicle status.
• Build long-term customer relationships and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
• Shuttle guests as needed and help ensure repairs meet proper specifications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in automotive customer service, service writing, advising, or sales.
• Current driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Dependability for a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 6:00pm and onsite work in Fort Worth, Texas.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday, occasionally lift and carry over 50 lbs., and maintain a brisk pace.
