Senior Customer Service Representative (Automotive)

What you will do

• Support consignors in providing the documentation required to sell transportation items at auctions.
• Provide buyers with registration paperwork, car faxes, and other purchase documentation.
• Receive, track, and resolve customer requests while ensuring timely and accurate internal support.
• Provide information about upcoming auctions and available equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling contracts and consignor information.
• Work closely with Territory Managers and perform E-Clerking duties when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume customer contact role with transactional responsibilities.
• Strong commitment to ethical standards.
• Ability to work in a professional office environment.
• Must be legally entitled to work in the United States.
• Accuracy, flexibility, and willingness to perform additional assigned tasks.
