Customer Service Representative II (Automotive)

hirify.global designs, manufactures, and markets performance products and systems for bicycles, vehicles, motorcycles, snowmobiles, trucks, and related original equipment manufacturers and dealer networks.

What you will do

• Guide customers and dealers through product, process, and service questions.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and web channels.
• Use product knowledge to recommend suitable products and alternatives.
• Submit and manage customer orders while following company processes.
• Build ongoing relationships with dealers, vehicle owners, manufacturers, and dealerships.
• Support smaller dealers and outside sales representatives in an assigned region.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of order management processes and automotive components.
• Strong phone presence, listening skills, email etiquette, organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
• Ability to use a CRM and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work in an office, sit for extended periods, and focus on computer and telephone work.
