Representative - Customer Service (Manufacturing)

Location: Oakdale, California, USA; onsite at the Oakdale facility

Salary: $67,760–$76,230 annual base salary

What you will do

• Enter customer, change, and credit orders into the ERP system.
• Manage customer order releases and coordinate with plant production control personnel.
• Act as the primary liaison between plant operations and customer operations regarding requirements, complaints, and demand changes.
• Maintain customer forecasts and support production planning and control activities.
• Monitor shipping schedules, logistics issues, and slow-moving, aged, or surplus inventory.
• Coordinate with supply chain, scheduling, shipping, sales, corporate planning, and customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and high numerical accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems, including NETUI and QAD browse functions for tracking and reporting.
• Professional integrity, multitasking ability, and effective follow-up in a fast-paced team environment.
