Senior Financial Analyst, NA P&L Consolidation (Automotive): Leading North America P&L consolidation and supporting enterprise auto profit forecasts, monthly close, and financial reporting with an accent on financial modeling, data integrity, and performance analysis. Focus on consolidating Actuals versus Forecast, preparing executive reporting and waterfalls, and coordinating forecast submissions across finance teams.
Location: Plano, Texas, United States. Applicants must already have the right to work in the United States and must not require employment-based visa or work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do
- Lead North America P&L consolidation processes and support Enterprise Auto Profit consolidation.
- Support quarterly forecasts and monthly financial close activities.
- Maintain BPC data integrity and analyze Actuals versus Forecast performance.
- Prepare waterfalls and executive forecast reporting for North America financial reviews.
- Support financial reporting for TMC, TMNA Tax, and TMNA Leadership.
- Partner with business unit finance teams to guide forecast submissions and align targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of short-term financial planning and strategic frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Nice to have
- MBA or another advanced degree.
- High proficiency in Excel and SAP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, stakeholder management, and time management skills.
