IT Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, reviews, models, and dashboards.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, trends, risks, opportunities, and variances.
• Partner with business leaders to identify performance drivers and support financial planning.
• Evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives, capital investments, and organizational changes.
• Maintain accurate financial data and improve reporting, analytics, and financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or related disciplines.
• Experience analyzing financial data and preparing management reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to interpret financial statements, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in a large corporate, manufacturing, automotive, or public company environment.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream, or similar financial planning systems.
