Senior Financial Analyst (Auto)

Location: Hybrid role requiring onsite work 3 days per week at the Chicago, IL or Bethesda, MD office

Annual salary: $86,100.00–$141,450.00

What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models, projections, tools, and scenario analyses supporting business performance and future outlooks.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key operational drivers.
• Conduct sensitivity and trade-off analyses and translate financial outcomes into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain analytical tools, templates, dashboards, documentation, and repeatable decision-support frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Claims, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to provide decision-ready presentations and insights.
• Manage moderately complex analytical projects, ad hoc requests, reporting, and competing priorities with accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant full-time work experience in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, make data-driven recommendations, and solve complex problems.
• Strong project prioritization, adaptability, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite three days per week in Chicago, IL, or Bethesda, MD.

• Knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
