Senior Financial Analyst (Auto)

Location: Hybrid; on-site 3 days per week in Chicago, IL or Bethesda, MD, United States

Annual salary: $86,100–$141,450

What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models, projections, tools, and scenario analyses for business performance and future outlooks.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and the operational drivers of financial outcomes.
• Conduct sensitivity and trade-off analyses and proactively diagnose issues to surface corrective actions.
• Build and improve analytical tools, templates, dashboards, documentation, and repeatable decision-support frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Claims, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to translate analysis into decision-ready presentations and materials.
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting and manage moderately complex analytical projects alongside ad hoc requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant full-time work experience in the United States.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, project-management, prioritization, and communication skills.
• New employment authorization sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
