Senior Finance Analyst (Energy)

What you will do

• Analyze revenues, liabilities, inventory, business performance, investments, and operational proposals to support financial planning and forecasting.
• Lead forecast consolidation and develop short-, medium-, and long-term financial projections.
• Support pricing decisions by evaluating costs, profitability, risks, and business alignment.
• Prepare executive-level reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, forecasts, and audit documentation.
• Partner with business leaders on budgeting, regulatory changes, financial risks, and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead complex financial projects, improve processes and controls, manage auditor relationships, and coach junior finance professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, financial management, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, reporting, GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with SAP, ERP systems, business intelligence tools, Power BI, Tableau, and financial reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, report-writing, process improvement, and problem-solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.
