Senior Partner Marketing Manager

Location: Remote US

Base salary: $118,000–$138,000 per year, plus equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end marketing relationships with strategic partners including Meta, Snap, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, and OpenAI.
• Build a process for reviewing commercial contracts and translating their terms into marketing strategy and execution.
• Manage partner marketing calendars, proactive initiatives, priorities, budgets, and activity sequencing.
• Coordinate with commercial, partner, legal, product marketing, and leadership stakeholders.
• Track partner investments and results, resolve scheduling conflicts, and report to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Run QBRs and represent hirify.global at major partner events such as Meta Summit.

Requirements

• Direct, hands-on experience working with Meta, Snap, TikTok, Google, or Pinterest as partners.
• Experience owning marketing relationships from commercial alignment through activation.
• Ability to read commercial contracts and translate terms into marketing plans.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across commercial, legal, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Experience with project management, budget proposals, QBRs, executive reporting, and partner presentations.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
