Senior Product & Solution Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid work model for office-based teams.

Annual base salary: $170,000–$190,000 USD, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and marketing content for hirify.global products.
• Translate technical capabilities into compelling market narratives in partnership with Product Management.
• Lead product launches and provide positioning guidance for cross-functional execution.
• Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, collateral, battlecards, demos, and training.
• Develop customer insights, case studies, testimonials, and product stories based on customer needs and outcomes.
• Activate product positioning through demand generation, events, webinars, partner functions, and industry representation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical product marketing experience in B2B enterprise software, infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Strong technical grounding in the AI ecosystem, developer workflows, machine learning frameworks, and GPU cloud infrastructure.
• Experience planning and launching multi-product portfolios with measurable pipeline growth and customer adoption.
• Ability to synthesize market inputs, user feedback, and business metrics into data-driven decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with go-to-market, Product, and Marketing leaders.
• Exceptional written, oral, visual, and public-speaking communication skills.
