Technical Project Manager (Healthcare Integrations)

Location: Munich, Germany; primarily on-site in the Munich office. Collaborate with the integrations team in Stockholm and external healthcare partners across France and Europe.

What you will do

• Lead integration projects with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring scalable and high-quality implementations.
• Map external system capabilities and constraints against the Tandem platform and propose concrete integration designs.
• Coordinate engineering, partnerships, sales, external stakeholders, and the local Munich team with the central integrations team in Stockholm.
• Translate technical requirements into priorities, delivery plans, and clear deliverables.
• Work with engineers on APIs, authentication, data models, and system architecture while managing risks and dependencies.
• Establish processes, templates, and frameworks for integration delivery and maintain clear stakeholder visibility.

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role within SaaS, platform, or health-tech environments.
• Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives involving internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Technical fluency in APIs, authentication, integrations, and system design.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, assess project risks, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Strong communication skills and a product mindset focused on building the right solutions.
• Native-level German speaking ability required.

Nice to have

• Experience in tech sales, enterprise sales, or enterprise software delivery.
• Experience with healthcare systems or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare data standards.
• Experience with platform or API products, scripting, debugging, or light coding.
• Experience scaling integration processes or working with multiple external partners.
