Project Manager (Clinical)

Location: Remote, with the role associated with Frankfurt and Mannheim, Germany

What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery against project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, project communication, and organizational alignment.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and performance metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support project and programme delivery while developing team capability.

Requirements

• Significant project management and team leadership experience.
• Track record of managing projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required.
• A bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
