Business Tooling Analyst (Jira/Confluence)

What you will do

• Own Jira administration, including projects, workflows, custom fields, automations, permissions, and user access.
• Partner with CTO and CISO stakeholders to improve onboarding and offboarding access management through the hirify.global AD implementation.
• Clean up and redesign Jira architecture, Jira Service Management portals, and customer-facing workflows.
• Design scalable Confluence structures, permissions, templates, processes, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide training and support so employees can create, organise, and discover documentation effectively.
• Identify and implement tooling and process improvements that make teams more efficient and ways of working more scalable.

Requirements

• Proven experience using, maintaining, and optimising Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and the wider Atlassian platform.
• Hands-on experience configuring Jira workflows, custom fields, automations, projects, permissions, and user access.
• Experience designing and maintaining Confluence structures across multiple teams.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies, reduce unnecessary complexity, and implement maintainable solutions.
• Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including the ability to provide clear training and support.
• Right to work in the jurisdiction where the role is performed is required.
