Finance Systems Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations finance processes.
• Investigate and resolve system, process, and data-related issues while managing incidents and service requests with IT and external partners.
• Identify improvements to finance processes, controls, system utilisation, and data quality.
• Support finance master data governance and compliance with audit requirements.
• Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, testing, change adoption, and global rollouts.
• Deliver user training and maintain finance process documentation for teams across multiple regions.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent qualification; qualified or part qualified.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or a comparable ERP system.
• Experience with ERP implementations, system testing, change management, and user support.
• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash finance processes.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in manufacturing or a multi-entity global organisation.
