Pharmaceutical Material Specialist (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Vacaville, California, United States; fully site-based role with in-person work required.

Salary: $56,250–$93,750 annual base salary, plus performance-related bonus.

What you will do

• Execute material logistics activities in a cGMP environment, including receiving, sampling, storage, inventory control, and distribution.
• Transfer, weigh, stage, and kit materials for manufacturing according to approved procedures.
• Handle and ship hazardous materials in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate transactions and records in SAP, LIMS, and other business systems.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and drum-handling equipment safely.
• Support inventory counts, reconciliation, discrepancy investigations, manufacturing schedules, and inspection-ready workplace conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma, associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with GMP and GDP warehouse operations.
• Expertise with SOPs and SAP ERP systems.
• Awareness of EHS and GMP requirements.
• Ability to implement procedures and follow safety and environmental guidelines.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Vacaville, California.
