Production Supervisor (Medical Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Glens Falls, New York, United States

Salary: $73,000–$110,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate product processing to ensure timely and accurate production and customer delivery.
• Monitor backorders, production schedules, and resource allocation to maintain service levels and minimize delays.
• Create inventory transfers, production orders, required documentation, and electronic receipts for finished goods.
• Maintain inventory integrity for components and finished products while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with product divisions regarding backordered and substitute items.
• Develop, mentor, staff, and motivate employees through onboarding, training, communication, and performance management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with conflict management, resolution, active listening, and workflow management in large operations.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing and a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to supervise and develop production employees and maintain appropriate team staffing.
• Previous production experience; experience managing people and supervising 25 or more direct reports is preferred.
• Work is based on-site in Glens Falls, New York.

Nice to have

• SAP and Catalyst experience.
• Five years of related experience, including three years in a supervisor position.
• Associate degree.
• Lean/Six Sigma exposure.
• Previous department lead or supervisor experience.
