Material Handler II (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Gloucester, Massachusetts, United States; onsite manufacturing and cleanroom work with no relocation eligibility.

Salary: $18.00–$24.80 per hour

What you will do

• Locate, audit, receive, transfer, and prepare kits, parts, and materials for cleanroom delivery.
• Perform cycle counts, maintain inventory records, and process nonconforming, excess, obsolete, reworked, transferred, or scrapped materials.
• Update inventory transactions in Oracle, SAP, or other inventory systems and monitor shortage reports and work orders.
• Operate pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, overhead cranes, vans, or trucks as assigned.
• Replenish line-side bins, perform vendor pickups or deliveries, and follow documented business processes.
• Train other Material Coordinators as required while following safety standards and protocols.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work involving extended standing and walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, climbing, lifting, and working in tight spaces.
• Ability to operate or drive heavy machinery, including forklifts, and use hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in noisy manufacturing areas and distinguish between colors.
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment, including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
• Ability to recognize and solve typical problems independently within established procedures.
