Senior Accounting Manager (AI Security)

Location: Hybrid role in the NYC office; position listed in Jersey City, New Jersey, United States

Base salary: $200,000–$240,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and location

What you will do

• Own the US subsidiary’s month-end close and revenue accounting under US GAAP and ASC 606.
• Manage AR/AP, billing enablement, collections processes, external audits, tax filings, and financial reporting.
• Partner with Go-To-Market teams on complex deal structures, contract terms, pricing, financial modeling, and margin analysis.
• Work with HR on onboarding, benefits, and PEO systems, while translating accounting requirements for non-finance stakeholders.
• Build scalable finance processes, strengthen internal controls and accounting policies, and improve audit readiness.
• Explore the use of AI tools across accounting and finance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and an active CPA license.
• At least 4 years of corporate accounting experience in technology or SaaS, or Big 4 experience auditing technology clients.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606, with hands-on AR and AP ownership.
• Experience in startup, high-growth, venture-backed, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Ability to incorporate AI tools into accounting workflows and work with HubSpot, ERP systems, Excel, NetSuite, Mesh, or HiBob.
• Exposure to deal desk, revenue operations, B2B enterprise software pricing, and multi-entity or international consolidations.

• Experience supporting enterprise customer enablement from a billing perspective.
• Exposure to AI, security, or emerging technology ecosystems.
