Lead Corporate HSE Safety and Critical Risk (Hybrid)

Salary: $110,617–$160,396 per year

What you will do

• Support the corporate critical risk strategy by identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing exposures that could cause life-threatening, life-altering, or life-ending events.
• Partner with Construction HSE Directors and project teams to improve field execution, safety leadership, hazard recognition, and control implementation.
• Analyze HSE data, incident information, high-energy trends, audit findings, and leading indicators to identify emerging risks and systemic control gaps.
• Evaluate HSE programs and processes for risk coverage and effectiveness.
• Provide critical-risk expertise, technical guidance, field assurance, safety leadership, and project support across the organization.
• Translate corporate HSE expectations into practical field application and influence leaders without direct reporting authority.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related professional field.
• At least 8 years of related HSE experience.
• Demonstrated experience in construction safety, critical risk management, safety leadership, field assurance, or technical safety.
• Valid independent U.S. work authorization is required; H-1B visa and permanent residency sponsorship are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-energy exposures, Life Critical Standards, safety engineering, audits and assurance, and HSE program development.
• Understanding of The Capacity Model, Life Critical Controls, and critical risk prevention.
