Risk & Resilience Manager

Location: On-site in the United States, requiring at least four days per week at the hirify.global Headquarters in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The role is listed in Maplewood, Minnesota, and may include up to 10% domestic or international travel. Relocation may be authorized.

Salary: $124,127–$151,710 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance the enterprise risk management framework, including risk taxonomy, assessment methodology, governance routines, tools, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate risk assessments, document results, and track mitigation, remediation, and management response activities.
• Partner with risk owners, business stakeholders, compliance teams, audit partners, and enterprise functions to identify, evaluate, monitor, and report risks.
• Analyze risk data, external developments, emerging trends, controls, and key risk indicators to identify themes and changes in the risk environment.
• Prepare dashboards, summaries, management updates, and governance reporting that translate complex risk information into actionable insights.
• Maintain risk and resilience technologies and support the development and maintenance of Business Resilience Plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business, finance, business continuity, compliance, economics, administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in enterprise or operational risk management, intelligence analysis, crisis management, controls, regulatory compliance, business governance, or a related risk function.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, influence outcomes without direct authority, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AI, SharePoint, data, reporting, dashboards, and risk management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERM, operational risk, geopolitical analysis, control monitoring, market and trade analysis, horizon scanning, or emerging risk identification.
• Experience implementing governance, risk, and compliance platforms.
• Experience developing risk taxonomies, key risk indicators, dashboards, metrics, or executive-level reports.
• Project management experience or experience in manufacturing, materials science, or laboratory environments.
• Professional certification in risk management, business continuity, audit, compliance, finance, or a related discipline.
