Lead Internal Quality Auditor

Location: Onsite at an HPE office; certification activities are based in Sunnyvale. The stated salary range applies to the United States, in Texas.

Salary: USD 71,500–164,400 annual base salary; variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Manage and sustain the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and TL9000 standards.
• Lead the quality certification program, coordinate third-party audits, and track follow-up actions.
• Plan and conduct risk-based internal quality audits, document results, and verify improvement effectiveness.
• Communicate audit findings to cross-functional stakeholders and recommend process and policy improvements.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions, documentation controls, audit schedules, and recordkeeping.
• Facilitate auditor training and workshops, mentor less-experienced staff, and manage the extended auditor pool.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience and an audit or assessment certification.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and application.
• Experience with audit and assessment processes, tools, data analysis, statistics, and problem-solving.
• Ability to apply root-cause analysis, modeling, and testing methodologies to validate compliance.
• Mastery of English and the local language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
