HR Coordinator (ANS)

Location: Remote; US-oriented requirements include knowledge of California and Federal labor laws and regulations.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate, complete, and legally compliant employee records and electronic personnel files.
• Collect, review, and process new-hire paperwork and support new-hire orientation.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, rehires, promotions, transfers, organizational changes, compensation updates, status changes, and separations.
• Support HR reporting, audits, HR programs, and assigned projects.
• Track compliance items such as training, certifications, and policy acknowledgments.
• Respond to employee questions, provide customer service, and escalate complex policy or HRIS issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or HR certification.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and tactfully.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with standard office software for preparing reports, memos, and other documents.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of experience recruiting for technical or engineering positions.
• Working knowledge of California and Federal labor laws and regulations.
