HRIS Senior Advisor

Location: Rosemead, California, US. Hybrid work is required, with a set number of days at an SCE facility and remote work on remaining days. Employees are generally required to work and reside in California. Relocation does not apply.

Salary: $161,700–$242,600 per year

What you will do

• Configure, optimize, and maintain HR information systems supporting Performance and Development, Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and recruiting.
• Automate system analysis, data integration, reporting, and HR process workflows while maintaining uninterrupted service for end users.
• Lead technology implementations and enhancements, test system changes, analyze data flows, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support organizational restructuring through data governance, position management, work-event reporting, and workforce data administration.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for assigned HR functions and collaborate with HR, IT, vendors, functional leads, and stakeholders.
• Establish process documentation standards and recommend system, process, data, and user-experience improvements.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience researching, analyzing, designing, and maintaining HR information systems.
• Strong functional knowledge of Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance and Development HR processes.
• Strong understanding of data management practices, data integrity, security controls, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and leaders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, vendor oversight, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work and reside in California and report regularly to an SCE facility.

Nice to have

• Hands-on SuccessFactors configuration and reporting experience, particularly with ONB and PMGM modules.
• Experience with Recruiting and ATS applications.
