Manager, HR Analytics & Technology Solutions (AI)

Location: U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within the facilities.

Salary: USD $146,679–$158,711 per year

What you will do

• Execute the HR analytics and technology roadmap in alignment with HR and business priorities.
• Lead and develop a team of two to three analysts or HRIS specialists, including goal setting, coaching, and resource management.
• Own HR reporting, operational dashboards, trusted metrics, insights, and scalable self-service data models.
• Oversee dashboards, automations, AI prototypes, and HR data products.
• Partner with IT, HR COEs, HRBPs, and business stakeholders to improve data pipelines, processes, tools, and adoption.
• Present insights and program outcomes to executives and drive measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of people leadership, coaching, and resource-management experience, including cross-functional or geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience leading HR technology, analytics, reporting, or automation programs and managing projects.
• Strong understanding of HR data, data modeling, visualization, and integration concepts, including Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms and workflow or automation tools such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, or SAP.
• U.S. citizenship is required. Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI practices is also required.

Nice to have

• At least 6 months of experience using AI to build dashboards, analyze data, and identify best practices or solutions.
