Compensation Analyst (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site at the Union Square office

Salary: $132,600–$156,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own day-to-day equity administration, including grant tracking, vesting schedules, data quality, and employee questions.
• Conduct market benchmarking and job matching across new roles and markets.
• Build compensation models, dashboards, and reporting for leadership recommendations.
• Support merit, promotion, and off-cycle compensation processes through data preparation, modeling, and quality checks.
• Run pay equity, range penetration, and compression analyses.
• Partner with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on offers, leveling, internal equity, and scalable compensation processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, People analytics, FP&A, or a similar quantitative function.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and building models from scratch.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking platforms such as Radford, Pave, or Ravio, and knowledge of market pricing methodology.
• Strong quantitative, problem-solving, communication, and judgment skills.
• High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive pay data.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where compensation processes are still being built.

• Experience with equity compensation administration.
