Programme Delivery Manager (ERP Transformation)

Location: UK; Remote with less than 10% domestic travel

What you will do

• Own and maintain the integrated Unity programme plan across workstreams, deployment waves, and implementation sites.
• Coordinate programme governance, including Steering Committees, Programme Boards, Design Authority meetings, Stage Gates, and readiness reviews.
• Manage RAID processes, programme risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, dependencies, actions, and escalations.
• Coordinate deployment planning and readiness assessments across testing, data migration, business change, process, infrastructure, technical, and training workstreams.
• Prepare dashboards, KPIs, status reports, executive reporting packs, governance records, and decision materials.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, resource tracking, vendor coordination, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementation or business transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering at least one end-to-end ERP deployment through design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Strong programme and project management experience in complex, multi-workstream environments.
• Experience with programme governance, executive reporting, programme controls, and RAID management.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, organisation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills, plus experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/FSCM implementation experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or global multi-site deployment environments.
• Experience with system integrators, third-party implementation partners, programme governance frameworks, or PMO best practices.
• Microsoft Sure Step experience or PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, PMP, APM PMQ, or equivalent qualifications.
