Project Manager / Transformation Manager (AI Program)

Location: Hybrid from offices in Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź, Poland, with 2–3 days per week in the office

Salary: 1,000–1,200 PLN/day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Lead large-scale enterprise AI-driven application modernization and transformation programs.
• Plan and manage timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, budgets, and financials.
• Coordinate engineering teams, architects, subject-matter experts, portfolio management, and business stakeholders.
• Translate strategic goals into structured delivery roadmaps and maintain execution governance.
• Establish governance structures and facilitate Steering Committee meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and status updates while driving accountability and transparency.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading AI-driven application modernization programs involving code conversion, automated refactoring, and application remediation.
• At least 5 years of experience leading complex IT programs and transformation initiatives.
• Experience designing governance frameworks, facilitating Steering Committees, and working with senior leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, financial management, and resource planning skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written English, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Experience managing modernization, cloud transformation, or digital transformation programs.
• Exposure to AI-enabled software engineering tools and modernization platforms.
