ServiceNow Developer (SPM)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and configure ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Service Portal, SPM, and custom application functionality.
• Build inbound and outbound integrations using REST APIs, JSON, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Configure SSO integrations, maintain MID Server capabilities, and develop Flow Designer automations.
• Customize forms, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, workflows, and Service Portal widgets.
• Provide L2/L3 support, improve platform performance and availability, and participate in code reviews, releases, and upgrades.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB and Asset Management, ITOM, Service Portal, SPM, Flow Designer, workflows, and scoped applications.
• Strong experience with SSO integrations using SAML/OAuth, preferably with Azure AD, and with MID Server setup and maintenance.
• Very strong expertise in REST APIs, JSON/XML handling, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub spokes.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, Glide APIs, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration across global teams.
