ServiceNow Developer (ITSM, ITOM, Scoped App) - Remote

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform the work in the U.S.

Salary: $81,499–$167,644 per year

What you will do

• Build and extend custom scoped applications and visualizations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, custom components, integrations, business rules, and user experiences.
• Translate stakeholder and business analyst requirements into scalable technical solutions and solution architectures.
• Develop responsive interfaces and visualizations using AngularJS, React, HTML5, CSS, and related technologies.
• Test, troubleshoot, optimize, document, and support enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of application development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency and current residence in the United States are required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance is required.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, customization, scripting, and custom application development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, with experience in AngularJS, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, XML/JSON, and REST services.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and enterprise application support skills.

Nice to have

• ITSM, ITOM, and scoped application experience.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist and other platform AI features.
• Experience in fast-paced, collaborative, deadline-driven environments.
