Sr. Salesforce Developer

Location: Lafayette, Louisiana; hybrid work with onsite and remote attendance

Salary: $97,300–$138,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead Salesforce development efforts within a large financial services enterprise.
• Assess current and target-state business processes and shape technical solutions with stakeholders and enterprise developers.
• Translate business needs into efficient, scalable solutions across cloud-based platforms.
• Manage and guide development teams through complex, enterprise-scale projects.
• Develop and support relational databases such as Oracle and Sybase, plus messaging platforms such as MQ Series.
• Integrate AWS cloud services into enterprise solutions and communicate technical plans to business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through deployment.
• Deep knowledge of at least one major programming language or platform stack, including application and database layers.
• Experience with Oracle or Sybase relational databases and MQ Series or similar messaging platforms.
• Proven experience leading development teams through complex projects.
• Experience working in AWS-based environments and integrating cloud services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
