Senior Accounting Application Specialist (Kinetic)

Salary: $71,000–$114,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Resolve escalated customer issues involving the Kinetic manufacturing ERP with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot client-server applications, Microsoft SQL, web servers, payment terminals, network printers, and Android/iOS devices.
• Investigate installation, operation, maintenance, compatibility, performance, and functional issues.
• Develop processes for gathering, tracking, triaging, validating, and routing support cases.
• Identify recurring issue patterns, recommend process improvements, and contribute to knowledge-base content.
• Coach and mentor team members while maintaining consistent customer-service standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of applicable experience and 2+ years of specialized or industry experience.
• Experience with manufacturing-focused ERP solutions and manufacturing and financial process flows.
• Knowledge of ERP costing and its impact on inventory, production, project-based manufacturing, WIP, and COGS.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing transactions and their financial impact, including month-end and year-end activities.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, system-application, and business-process skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based immigration sponsorship and qualify for required U.S. export-controlled information access.
