Product Manager (Pumps)

Location: Hybrid in North Aurora, Illinois, United States; at least 3 days per week on-site. Travel: 15–25%, including international travel as needed.

Annual base pay: $82,300–$152,800, with potential eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

Develops smart, sustainable water solutions across residential filtration, industrial water management, pool products, pumps, and accessories.

What you will do

• Own the business performance and strategic direction of assigned Blue Pump product lines for commercial and industrial markets.
• Lead portfolio optimization, product maintenance, channel expansion, pricing, and lead-time and stocking strategies.
• Develop and execute growth plans while delivering profit margin and financial targets.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and operations teams on channel strategy, demand planning, and SIOP processes.
• Optimize product costs and customer pricing to maximize revenue and margin.
• Support internal teams, sales channels, partners, and end users with product expertise, training materials, launch kits, competitive alerts, and technical communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive cross-functional experience in product management, operations, strategic marketing, finance, and/or engineering within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong preference for experience with pumps in commercial and industrial applications.
• Technical aptitude and experience managing a portfolio of engineered products.
• Commercial acumen with pricing, margins, forecasts, and business cases.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.

• MBA degree.
• Experience with commercial and industrial pump applications.
