Solutions Consultant (AI SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States. Supports North American customers and may require availability across Eastern Time (ET) to Pacific Time (PT) business hours. Up to 10% travel may be required for conferences, events, and onsite demonstrations.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers and Solution Consultants to help prospects and customers evaluate and plan implementations of hirify.global products.
• Lead presentations, trials, pilots, demonstrations, and other evaluation activities, coordinating with technical and product subject-matter experts.
• Guide customers through migration and implementation journeys from existing accounting and audit tools.
• Develop value-driven demonstration strategies, use cases, and related customer-facing assets.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product teams and help customers understand roadmap alignment with their business needs.
• Design scalable processes and systems, support internal improvement plans, and participate in conferences, speaking engagements, and thought leadership activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in audit, assurance, review, or compilation engagements, or in a customer-facing role within a SaaS company serving the accounting profession.
• Strong written, verbal, communication, presentation, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-interpretation skills.
• Understanding of, or strong interest in, AI-powered accounting solutions and their application to accounting, audit, and advisory workflows.
• Understanding of technology in the audit and accountancy sector, or strong enthusiasm to learn.
• Must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to accommodate meetings across ET to PT business hours and travel up to 10% when required.

Nice to have

• CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent qualification with 3+ years of audit or accounting experience.
• Experience with AI tools, software development, hirify.global authoring, or financial statement preparation.
• Experience leading technology adoption, training, methodology, or innovation initiatives in an accounting firm.
• Experience with US auditing and accounting standards, project or product management, CRM systems, Salesforce, or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, plus experience improving internal processes and quality.
