Senior Quantity Surveyor (HV/LV Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Support the contract delivery team with profitability, cash management, cost control, and accurate reporting.
• Manage applications, credit control, income optimisation, costing, forecasting, and change control processes.
• Manage project risk, CTCs, CVRs, subcontract cycles, dispute resolution, and commercial advice to project teams.
• Contribute to tendering, contract reviews, collaborative planning, lean improvements, and commercial team training.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, audits, risk registers, and standard commercial documentation.

Requirements

• Degree education or HND/HNC equivalent.
• Experience with NEC contracts and substantial experience in a contracting commercial department.
• Experience with multidisciplinary HV/LV infrastructure projects, DNOs, and private networks is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work from the Bathgate office.

Nice to have

• Driving licence.
• Experience with ERP systems such as COINS.
• Professional qualification or progress toward one.
• Working knowledge of construction industry conditions of contract.
