Product Certification Coordinator (Ex-Hazardous Locations)

What you will do

• Liaise with external certification agencies to obtain Ex-Hazardous Location certifications for new products.
• Coordinate product design changes and related technical documentation with certification bodies.
• Coordinate QMS verification activities and documentation updates for Ex-Hazardous Location products.
• Act as the key contact for products intended for use in explosive atmospheres.
• Support bill-of-materials data migration and perform certification-related management system tasks.
• Create, review, and revise QMS documentation, including records related to equipment calibration and maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum two-year degree or equivalent related experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Understanding of Ex-Hazardous Locations and quality systems under international standards, including UL, FM, CSA, IEC, and ATEX.
• Detail-oriented and structured approach to managing multiple priorities and maintaining product compliance.

Nice to have

• Project management experience.
• CAD experience; training can be provided.
• Knowledge of Stonel products and product configurations.
