Electrical Coordinator

Location: Hutchinson, Minnesota, United States; onsite production facility role. The position may require overtime, after-hours call-ins, physical work at heights or in confined spaces, and up to 5% domestic travel. Relocation assistance is not authorized.

Salary: $46.38–$48.38 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide Master Electrician expertise and develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee electrical and trade work performed by employees for compliance with Minnesota standards and electrical codes.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and modify facility and production equipment and control systems.
• Build electrical control panels, run conduit, and provide technical support to maintenance personnel.
• Contribute to engineering projects involving design, procurement, and installation.
• Maintain electrical documentation, support equipment reliability initiatives, and participate in continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Active Class A/B Master Electrician license from the State of Minnesota DLI and eligibility to register as the Responsible Licensed Individual for the Hutchinson plant.
• At least five years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Ability to read and update electrical prints and understand electrical and electronic symbols.
• Knowledge of computer and network fundamentals.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work overtime and respond to after-hours call-ins; candidates must be at least 18 years old.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
• Ability to operate or obtain certification for powered material-handling equipment, aerial lifts, respirators, and PIVs.
