Talent Acquisition Manager - Global Businesses & Functions

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned global business and functional areas from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with senior functional leaders to translate workforce plans into recruiting strategies and advise on market conditions, candidate availability, and hiring trade-offs.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing and deliver a positive, inclusive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations, Branding, Sourcing, HR Strategy, HR Delivery, Immigration, Compensation, Mobility, and HR Operations.
• Mentor recruiters, review aging requisitions, and drive action plans to resolve recruiting challenges.
• Analyze recruiting data and contribute to continuous improvement of global Talent Acquisition processes.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar function.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a global or matrixed environment.
• Ability to partner credibly with senior leaders and influence hiring strategy and delivery.
• Strong judgment in talent assessment and hiring recommendations.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other recruiters.
• Strong communication, prioritization, data, systems, and digital-tool skills, with a commitment to inclusive hiring.
