Talent Acquisition Manager - Global Businesses & Functions

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned global business and functional areas, from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with senior functional leaders to translate workforce plans into recruiting strategies and advise on market dynamics, candidate availability, and hiring trade-offs.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing and collaborate with TA Operations, TA Branding, and TA Sourcing.
• Mentor recruiters entering the supported business area and review aging requisitions to drive action plans.
• Analyze recruiting data and provide insights to improve hiring decisions and outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of global talent acquisition processes and deliver strong service to hiring teams, candidates, and HR partners.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar field.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a global or matrixed environment.
• Ability to partner credibly with senior leaders and influence hiring strategy and delivery.
• Strong judgment in talent assessment, hiring advice, and prioritization of multiple deadlines.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other recruiters.
• Comfort working with recruiting data, systems, and digital tools, with clear written and verbal communication.
