Control Tower Specialist (Lead)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

What you will do

• Lead daily regional Control Tower operations, ensuring service delivery, governance, customer SOP compliance, and achievement of SLAs and KPIs.
• Act as the escalation point for operational issues, coordinating resolutions with operations teams, carriers, suppliers, customs brokers, drayage providers, shipping sites, and customers.
• Supervise, coach, and allocate work across Logistics Specialists while supporting performance and professional development.
• Monitor shipments, identify delays, capacity constraints, documentation issues, customs concerns, and other risks, and coordinate end-to-end exception management.
• Lead customer implementations, onboarding, transitions, process stabilization, business continuity, and operational recovery activities.
• Analyze performance, prepare dashboards and business reviews, drive process improvement, support pricing and costing analysis, and identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–7 years of operational experience.
• Ability to learn operational systems and visibility applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Leadership experience, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional environment, and strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
