Capacity Planning Specialist (Logistics)

What you will do

• Execute capacity planning models for last-mile logistics in line with operational guidelines.
• Complete daily and monthly manpower and asset planning with operations teams.
• Analyze driver performance and cost data to identify route- and area-level efficiency trends.
• Maintain and improve workforce planning tools to support forecasting and operational responsiveness.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for business decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations planning.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and data operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic English verbal communication skills are required for discussions.

Nice to have

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in last-mile or middle-mile logistics operations.
