Director, Process Innovation (Logistics & Operations Excellence)

What you will do

• Own strategic, tactical, and cross-functional logistics and operations programs.
• Scope initiatives, create project plans, develop processes, and drive execution.
• Design, implement, and optimize operational initiatives.
• Coordinate across teams and communicate project status, risks, and process or product changes to senior management.
• Use data mining, analysis, metrics, and business cases to support decisions and communicate insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent professional or military experience.
• Proven experience leading and owning cross-functional programs and managing multiple competing priorities.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and quantitative skills, stakeholder influence, and executive communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, iterative, and fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• MBA and dedicated project management experience.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Kaizen experience.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, or Microsoft Access.
• Experience using data visualization tools to communicate insights.
