Control Tower Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead daily APAC Regional Control Tower operations across multiple countries and business units.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex operational issues involving customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment execution, risks, delays, capacity constraints, documentation issues, and customs concerns.
• Lead customer governance meetings, operational reviews, implementations, onboarding, transitions, and process stabilization.
• Develop KPI dashboards, performance reports, business reviews, and executive presentations.
• Drive process standardization, Lean continuous improvement, automation, cost optimization, and business continuity initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain management.
• At least 5 years of regional leadership or people management experience.
• Experience managing strategic multinational customers and working across multiple APAC countries.
• Strong background in ocean freight operations, transportation management, regional logistics, operational KPIs, and service governance.
• Proficient English language skills required.
