Group Strategic Finance Analyst

What you will do

• Lead the development and maintenance of near-term and long-term financial models across four business units, more than two dozen entities, and over a dozen active country presences.
• Coordinate annual budget preparation across the strategic finance team and entity finance functions.
• Support the CFO with capital allocation decisions, economic trade-offs, new business cases, and investment analysis.
• Prepare month-end financial outlooks, reporting analysis, investor relations materials, and quarterly board content.
• Support debt and equity funding, capital structure projects, information memoranda, due diligence, lender Q&A, and bank relationships.
• Manage Group guarantees, letters of credit, subsidiary capital allocation, and related investment requests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience or knowledge in FP&A and/or corporate finance.
• Experience building and maintaining three-statement financial models covering profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting and month-end processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret complex data.
• Experience with board and investor reporting, financial presentations, and communicating strategic information to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
