Senior FP&A Analyst

Location: London, UK; hybrid

What you will do

• Own group-level forecasting across revenue, headcount, costs, and cash flow.
• Build and maintain financial models supporting planning, investment decisions, scenario modelling, and long-range planning.
• Analyse performance trends, revenue, margins, unit economics, and operational KPIs.
• Partner with product, engineering, operations, commercial, and finance leaders to provide actionable recommendations.
• Produce monthly reporting packs with commentary, analysis, and clear performance narratives.
• Build scalable FP&A tools, budgeting processes, reporting frameworks, and audit-ready documentation.

Requirements

• Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic analysis.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up, ideally having built or rebuilt an FP&A function.
• Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability.
• Ability to analyse complex datasets and translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
• Strong understanding of revenue models, costs, margins, and operational metrics.
