Strategic Finance - Senior Manager (FP&A)

Location: London HQ, Borough; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Partner with Growth, Product, Operations, Clinical, and other business leaders across all clinical pathways.
• Build business cases and plans for strategic initiatives across the business.
• Lead annual and quarterly P&L forecasting and strategic financial planning.
• Drive capital allocation, investment, resource allocation, and commercial strategy decisions.
• Support Investor Relations and Corporate Development activities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or a similar role in a growth-stage technology company.
• Advanced financial modelling and big data analysis skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and operate with ownership in an unstructured environment.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work quickly and turn analysis into actionable insights.
